"It’s an honour that our pioneering financing framework has been recognised in this way and this award is a testament to the truly innovative work which the Linklaters team has delivered. Every day we work to provide the highest quality legal advice in the market and help clients solve their most important challenges. That is no more evident than in the groundbreaking regulated asset based structure we developed with the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero, the National Wealth Fund, Ofgem and Sizewell C and which successfully attracted private capital into the nuclear sector.”
