Making Links Programme

Our Making Links Programme is designed to help people from under-represented backgrounds realise their potential and access a career in law.

Over six months, you’ll take part in a combination of in-person and virtual activities, including a week of work experience in our London office and one-to-one coaching. If you meet our social mobility indicators, you’ll also receive £6,000 in financial support.

As part of the programme, you’ll receive:

• A week in our London office, including work shadowing, interactive workshops, mock interviews and socials
• One-to-one coaching to support your development
• A junior lawyer mentor and dedicated Trainee Recruitment contact
• £6,000 in financial support, paid in three instalments over the course of the programme, if you meet our social mobility indicators

Please note that successful applicants must not have accepted a Training Contract offer or another professional scholarship for the duration of the Making Links Programme.
