Linklaters advises Clarion Partners Europe on the acquisition of two warehouses in Pruszcz Gdański
Linklaters has advised Clarion Partners Europe, a leading specialist investor and manager of high-quality logistics property across Europe, on the acquisition of two warehouses in Pruszcz Gdański, Pomerania, Poland. The seller was a Poland-focused logistics platform.
The site is strategically located near the city of Gdańsk and close to the S6 expressway. Combined, the properties offer 78,486 sqm of leasable area and is fully let to a diverse range of tenants, including one of the fastest-growing companies in the clothing industry in the Central European region. Each facility is BREEAM-certified, with an “Excellent” and “Very Good” rating.
The transaction was led by Ewa Sinkiewicz (managing associate) supported by Maksymilian Hau (associate) from the Warsaw real estate practice.
The advisory team also comprised Marta Domino (partner), Marcin Wołoszyn, and Przemysław Sańka (associate), who provided advice on the financing aspects of the acquisition. Michał Nocoń (co-head of tax practice) and Jan Jurga (senior associate) advised on the tax-related matters.
