Linklaters has advised Nhood and Ceetrus on their partnership with Apsys, which aims to transform the commercial market in Poland by initiating innovative and sustainable development projects that generate value for all stakeholders groups, including residents, tenants, local authorities, and non-governmental organisations.
The venture’s project, Wilanów Park, combines a shopping centre with an area exceeding 50,000 sqm, featuring 166 retail units, and a public park spanning more than 2.2 hectares. With an investment exceeding €200m, Wilanów Park introduces an innovative green retail and lifestyle destination in the Wilanów district of Warsaw, scheduled to open in 2028.
The transaction was led by Tomasz Trystuła (managing associate), supported by Marta Strykowska (senior associate) and Filip Witaszek (associate) from the Warsaw real estate practice. Janusz Dzianachowski (national managing partner) supervised the transaction.
