Linklaters accredited for “Excelling” in City Mental Health Alliance Hong Kong Thriving at Work assessment survey

Linklaters has been awarded an accreditation mark of “Excelling” by the City Mental Health Alliance Hong Kong (CMHA HK) in its Thriving at Work assessment. This accreditation recognises the firm’s commitment to continuously develop strategies to create a mentally healthy workplace for employees.

The CMHA HK Thriving at Work assessment supports organisations to benchmark their progress of building a healthy environment against CMHA HK’s Maturity Scale set out in its “Guide to Thriving at Work. Linklaters achieved the highest score in the 2021 assessment survey and is one of the leading firms in the top 10% on the Maturity Scale.

Linklaters is dedicated to creating a work environment that supports and encourages good health and wellbeing. The firm has introduced various mental health initiatives including the “This is Me” campaign. It is one of the initiatives aiming to reduce the stigma around mental ill health in the workplace and to raise awareness of wellbeing by encouraging employees, including senior leadership, to share their personal stories. The campaign is featured by CMHA HK as a case study to demonstrate storytelling as a powerful tool to maintain an open dialogue about mental health in the workplace in order to better support each other.
