Linklaters has appointed Antonia Sherman as the Head of its U.S. Antitrust & Foreign Investment Group. Antonia, an antitrust partner based in Washington D.C., brings over 20 years of experience representing large multinational clients before the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Department of Justice (DOJ) and overseeing non-U.S. merger control compliance for cross-border M&A transactions and other investments.
