Overview

Kate Richardson-Moore is the firm’s Global Head of Talent and Engagement and one of the directors in the HR team.  Kate’s vision is to deliver the best career experience for all our people by creating a stimulating, flexible and diverse place to work which consistently attracts and retains top talent.

Kate established the Talent and Engagement team in 2013, with broad responsibility for our people strategy, performance management, talent management, employee engagement and health and wellbeing. 

Kate also leads our global agenda on diversity and inclusion, with a strategic focus on five key diversity strands: gender, race and ethnicity, social mobility, LGBT and age/generations. 

Kate actively leads our global Women’s Leadership Programme and is a passionate advocate of removing the stigma associated with mental health in the workplace.

Kate has a broad range of HR experience from her previous roles at Natwest, State Street and GE Healthcare.

Education and qualifications

Kate holds a Master's in English from the University of Glasgow.
