Andrew is a commercial litigator based in London who specialises in high stakes and crisis litigation. He regularly acts in funded group litigation and class actions for major international organisations, business-critical public law challenges, complex fund and financing disputes and international sporting disputes. His work frequently has a cross-border element or involves clients facing significant reputational or commercial risk.

Andrew works in close collaboration with lawyers from the firm’s other market-leading practice areas, including Corporate, Finance, Funds and TMT in cross-office, multidisciplinary teams.

  • The Premier League in respect of various investigations and actions against Clubs for breaches of Premier League Rules
  • The Football Association in respect of various investigations and actions against Clubs and other Participants for breaches of FA Rules
  • Capita in response to its cyber incident and in defence of related group litigation brought under the UK GDPR
  • Hutchison 3G on Ofcom’s consultation on competition issues arising from an auction of 5G spectrum usage rights, culminating in a judicial review of Ofcom's decision and an appeal to the Court of Appeal
