Overview

Head of the Corporate/M&A practice in Paris, Bruno advises corporates, financial sponsors and investment banks on a wide range of complex, cross-border corporate transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity sales and purchases and on general corporate-related law.

 

Bruno spent six months on secondment to the firm’s New York office in 2000.

Work highlights

Bruno has led on many major corporate deals. A selection of these deals includes advising:

  • Mirova (an affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers, now called Vauban Infrastructure Partners) on the acquisition alongside MEAG of a 50% stake in the Indigo Group, the world leading car parking and individual mobility group from Ardian Infrastructure
  • Ardian Infrastructure on the sale of a €1bn portfolio of infrastructure and energy assets across Europe, including participations in LISEA (rail), Synerail (railway telecoms), Alicorne (road) and Kallista Energy (wind)
  • Babilou and its founders on the investment of TA Associates in Babilou, the European leaders in corporate nurseries
  • Séché Environnement on the acquisitions of the waste management companies, Soluciones Ambientales del Norte Chile and Befesa Peru, and Solarca Spain, an Industrial maintenance specialist, and on the acquisition of a portfolio of companies specialised in waste management in the west of France
  • Consortia comprising financial investors and airport specialists on the privatisation of the Toulouse and Nice-Côte-d’Azur airports
  • Neoen on the structuring and financing of Europe's largest pholtovoltaic plant in Cestas, near Bordeaux
  • JCDecaux, the world’s leading outdoor advertising company worldwide, on the acquisition in partnership with Royal Bafokeng Holdings of Continental Outdoor Media Group, the leader in outdoor communication in Africa
  • AXA Private Equity, its senior management, employees and other investors in the spin-off of from the AXA Group to become Ardian
