Massimiliano earned a Laurea in Giurisprudenza (Law degree) from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Italy in 1998, followed by an LL.M. in Comparative Jurisprudence from New York University in the United States in 2002. He became a member of both the Milan Bar in Italy and the New York State Bar in the US in 2003. In 2017, Massimiliano qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and completed an Executive Education programme in Leadership in Law Firms at Harvard University.
