Nicole Jerry

Nicole is a Senior Associate in Linklaters' U.S. Dispute Resolution Practice.

Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, at both the trial and appellate level, and on government investigations. Nicole has broad experience in civil and criminal cases, international arbitration proceedings and contentious regulatory matters before state, federal and foreign regulators.

Work highlights

Recently Nicole has represented:

• a global mining company in a statutory appraisal proceeding before the Delaware Court of Chancery following a major U.S. acquisition
• a major financial institution in a federal antitrust class action alleging that foreign currency dealers conspired to manipulate benchmark currency exchange rates
• a significant Japanese financial institution in cross-border regulatory proceedings
• an individual defendant in a federal criminal jury trial of three individuals charged with 23-counts including bank and wire fraud
• ten restaurant workers in a pro bono FLSA trial in which the clients prevailed on nearly all claims
