Overview

Pierre is a counsel in the Energy & Infrastructure practice of Linklaters LLP in Paris.

His area of expertise covers French public law and international projects in France and in Africa, with a focus on public contracts (notably concessions and PPPs) as well as on regulatory matters (in particular in the energy, environmental, transportation, telecom or public health sectors).

Pierre also has significant experience in specific areas such as foreign investment and export control.

Pierre is a graduate of University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and of Fordham University School of Law, New York, where he obtained a LL.M in International Business & Trade Law.

Pierre is a member of both the Paris and New-York Bars.

Pierre lectures on subjects related to public law and European public law at University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and is also a former lecturer at Sciences Po Paris.

Pierre has spoken at several seminars dealing with various law topics and has also published several articles.
