Overview

Théo is an Associate in the Antitrust & Foreign Investment Group in Brussels, Belgium.

Théo advises on all aspects of EU competition law, including merger control, foreign investment screening, abuse of dominant position, antitrust behavioural issues and foreign subsidies regulation.

Théo’s experience involves general European Law and International public and private law.

 

Professional experience

Théo is an Associate in the Antitrust and Foreign Investment Practice since March 2023. Prior to joining Linklaters, Théo did an internship in private enforcement of competition law in a economic consultancy company in Brussels, as well as an internship in the economic sanction compliance department in an international insurance company in Paris. Théo also taught french in a charity organisation for immigrant workers.

Education and qualifications

Théo studied international and French Law while pursuing a double degree from the Université Catholique de Lille and IESEG School of Management. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles and a LL.M. in European Legal Studies (specialization in European Law and Economic Analysis) from College of Europe.
