Véronique specialises in debt capital markets work such as debt issuance programmes, all kind of bonds issues (hybrid bonds, regulatory capital, Euro-PP), liability management deals and equity linked products. Véronique joined Linklaters in 2001, having previously spent two years with Credit Commercial de France (now HSBC) and three years with Société Générale.
