Linklaters advised Bpifrance and Oquendo on their investment in Factoria / SMB Group

The investment from Bpifrance and Oquendo Capital is intended to support the continued development of the group alongside its majority shareholder, the Baelen Group, and its management committee. This new funding will enable the group to fully play its role as a platform for consolidating the French digital transformation market.
