Linklaters advised a group of minority investors on the financial restructuring of the Bourbon group

Linklaters has assisted a group of minority investors and secured bondholders supporting the financial restructuring of the Société Phocéenne de Participations (SPP), the holding company of the Bourbon group, and certain of its subsidiaries alongside a consortium composed of Davidson Kempner Capital Management and Fortress Investment Group.

The multidisciplinary and cross-border Linklaters team was led by Restructuring & Insolvency Partner Carole Nerguararian.
