Linklaters advises AXA IM Prime on its acquisition of a minority stake in Hayfin, jointly with Mubadala Investment Company
Linklaters has advised AXA IM Prime, a business unit of AXA IM – part of the BNP Paribas group (“AXA IM Prime”), on the signing, jointly with Mubadala Investment Company (“Mubadala”), of a strategic partnership with Hayfin, a leading European alternative asset management company, under which AXA IM Prime, through its GP Stake strategy, and Mubadala will acquire a minority stake in Hayfin from Arctos Partners (“Arctos”).
This investment follows the management buy-out of Hayfin completed with the support of Arctos Partners last February. Together with Arctos, AXA IM Prime and Mubadala aim to support Hayfin’s growth to help it achieve its long-term objectives.
