Linklaters advised Banco Santander, S.A. and Itaú Unibanco S.A., Nassau Branch, on the provision of a US$250 million term loan to Vista Energy Argentina S.A.U.

Vista Argentina is a leading shale oil-focused company engaged in the exploration and production of oil and natural gas in Argentina. Vista is the largest independent oil operator in Argentina and in Vaca Muerta, the most extensive shale oil and gas play under development outside North America. Vista Argentina is a subsidiary of Vista Energy S.A.B. de C.V., a Mexican publicly traded corporation with shares listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange and ADS's listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
