Linklaters advises Nordic Capital and Conscia on the acquisition of Open Line
Linklaters has advised Conscia Group, a leading European provider of cybersecurity, networking, and cloud managed services backed by Nordic Capital, on its agreement to acquire Open Line, a Netherlands-based cloud managed services provider with strong market positions in highly regulated sectors including healthcare and the public sector.
This transaction marks Conscia’s largest acquisition to date and its 17th acquisition in the past five years, further supporting its ambition to become a pan-European leader in cybersecurity and managed services. The proposed acquisition will strengthen Conscia’s portfolio, particularly through Open Line’s expertise in cloud and automation, and enable group-wide sales synergies and cross-country collaboration.
