Linklaters advises on ThaiBev’s US$2bn multicurrency debt issuance programme
Linklaters advised DBS Bank Ltd. as the sole arranger and dealer on the establishment of Thai Beverage Public Company Limited (ThaiBev)’s US$2bn multicurrency debt issuance programme on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST).
Listed on the Mainboard of the SGX-ST in 2006, ThaiBev is Southeast Asia’s leading beverage producer and distributor and the largest in Thailand. ThaiBev operates across several key segments including spirits, beer, non-alcoholic beverages, and food.
