Linklaters advises Nuent Group on the acquisition of German multi-com GmbH & Co

A cross-jurisdictional Sweden and Germany team at Linklaters has advised Nuent Group, a Triton portfolio company, on its acquisition of German multi-com GmbH & Co. KG from HEFAMO Verwaltungs GmbH and certain individuals.

Nuent is a leading distributor of dental consumables and equipment, offering comprehensive technical services, laboratory solutions, and dental analytics software across Northern Europe. Through this transaction, Nuent plans to expand its operations into the German market. The Linklaters team also advised on the reinvestment in Nuent by the former founder via HEFAMO Verwaltungs GmbH and the managing director.
