Linklaters advises DeepOcean (a Triton portfolio company) on its debut High Yield bond offering

Linklaters has advised DeepOcean (a Triton portfolio company) on its debut €480 million high yield issuance of senior secured notes due 2031 and $140 million revolving credit and guarantee facilities.

DeepOcean is a leading ocean solutions provider headquartered in Oslo, Norway, with more than 25 years of experience supporting the offshore oil and gas industry and advancing ocean sustainability.
