Linklaters advises APL Data Center on the minority investment of CAPZA and ISAI funds in its capital

Linklaters has advised APL Data Center, a leading French consulting and engineering firm specialising in the design and construction of data centres, on the minority investment in its capital by CAPZA, a leading private investment firm in European SMEs and mid-cap companies, and ISAI, the investment fund backed by Tech entrepreneurs.

This transaction, which marks a major milestone in the Group’s development, aims to support APL Data Center’s growth trajectory in France and internationally. It will enable the group to accelerate its expansion in key markets across Europe and to support larger-scale projects, against a backdrop of rapidly increasing demand for digital infrastructure, driven by cloud computing and artificial intelligence.
