Linklaters advises on Alibaba’s HK$80bn share placing

Linklaters has acted as international counsel to the joint placing agents and co-bookrunners on Alibaba Group Holding Limited (Alibaba)’s placing of new ordinary shares, raising HK$80bn (approximately US$10.2bn).
