Linklaters advised Crédit Agricole CIB, as arranger and investor, in connection with a new trade receivables securitisation implemented for the Inetum group and covering its activities in France and Spain.

This transaction enables several entities of the group to sell to Ester Finance Technologies receivables arising from their commercial activities and was structured so as to be able to benefit from the “STS” label.

The Linklaters team was composed of Guillaume Malaty, Counsel, and Sophie Weiss, Managing Associate in Structured Finance and Securitisation.

The Inetum group was advised by Clifford Chance.
