Linklaters advises on Lenovo’s US$2bn convertible bond issuance and concurrent repurchase of US$225m convertible bonds

Linklaters has advised the joint lead managers on Lenovo Group Limited’s (Lenovo) US$2bn zero-coupon convertible bond issuance due 2033 and the concurrent repurchase of US$225m of its existing convertible bonds due 2029.
The Linklaters team was led by capital markets partner Taiki Ki, with support from solicitor Jun Tang.
