Linklaters has advised Benefit Street Partners, a Franklin Templeton company, on the sale of TFP Fertility Group — one of the leading fertility care providers in the UK and Northern Europe — to Amulet Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm focused exclusively on the healthcare sector.
Following Benefit Street Partners’ successful investment and repositioning of TFP, the transaction marks the beginning of a new phase of investment and growth for the company, enabling TFP to build on its strong clinical reputation, expand access to care and further enhance patient experience across its core markets in the UK and Europe.
The transaction showcases Linklaters’ deep expertise advising financial sponsors on complex, cross-border healthcare transactions and reflects the strength of the firm’s integrated Healthcare Financial Sponsors offering. Linklaters combines sector knowledge with the firm’s leading financial sponsors platform, having advised on many of the highest profile recent sponsor-backed healthcare deals in the market.
The Linklaters team was led by Private Equity partners Ben Rodham and Ben Suen.
