Linklaters advises on Citius TransNet Investment Trust’s IPO in India

Linklaters has acted as sole international counsel on the initial public offering of units by Citius TransNet Investment Trust, aggregating to INR 11,050m (approximately US$116m). The offering attracted strong investor demand, with the offer reportedly subscribed 11.66 times.

Citius TransNet Investment Trust is a transport sector-focused infrastructure investment trust that invests in a diversified portfolio of transport assets, with a particular focus on highway infrastructure.
