Linklaters advises Fresenius on the full acquisition of the biopharmaceutical company mAbxience

Linklaters is advising Fresenius on the acquisition of the remaining 45 per cent stake in the leading global biopharmaceutical company mAbxience for a consideration of up to EUR 750 million. Linklaters had previously advised Fresenius in 2022 on the acquisition of a 55 per cent majority stake in mAbxience. With this acquisition, Fresenius is creating a fully integrated biopharma business, which is consolidated within its subsidiary Fresenius Kabi and covers the entire value chain from research to commercialisation. The transaction forms part of the comprehensive #FutureFresenius strategy.
Linklaters provided Fresenius with comprehensive advice on all legal aspects of the transaction.
