The Role of Diversity and Inclusion in Law Firm Culture

A team of our colleagues, led by Nicola Rabson, Global Head of Employment & Incentives, have written a paper about diversity and inclusion (D&I) which has been published on the PLI PLUS platform. In particular, the paper considers the role of D&I in the global legal workplace and how D&I is shaping law firm culture.

Law firms have started to recognise that they must take D&I seriously and embed it within their cultures if they want to act as responsible businesses, unlock the commercial benefits of D&I, and meet the expectations of their clients, their people and—increasingly—their regulators.”
