Linklaters appoints Andrew Roberts as Chief Communications & Corporate Affairs Officer

Linklaters today announces the appointment of Andrew Roberts as Chief Communications & Corporate Affairs Officer, with effect from 2 June.

Andrew joins from fashion and luxury goods company Burberry Group Plc, where he served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Relations and Engagement from 2016.

Andrew brings a wealth of experience spanning more than two decades in media, strategic communications and stakeholder engagement. Prior to Burberry, Andrew was a reporter at Bloomberg from 2010-2016 where he led global coverage of the luxury industry, as well as French beauty and retail companies from Paris. He has also reported for leading fashion and luxury trade publication WWD, as well as the Associated Press in Milan and Rome. A graduate of the University of Oxford, Andrew started his career at WPP in London.

In this new role, Andrew will be responsible for leading Linklaters’ communications and corporate affairs teams globally. He will be based in London and report to the Firm's Senior Partner and Chair, Aedamar Comiskey, and Firmwide Managing Partner, Paul Lewis.
