Linklaters New York Counsel Wendy Suh and Shruti Chopra Named to The M&A Advisor’s 2025 Emerging Leaders List

Wendy advises U.S. and international clients on complex public and private mergers and acquisitions, with particular expertise in the chemicals and industrial sectors. Her practice involves structuring, negotiating and executing high-value cross-border transactions, where precision, strategic thinking and commercial awareness are essential.
Shruti specializes in providing comprehensive IP advice on transactions involving intellectual property and technology assets, working across a wide range of industries, including technology, life sciences and biotech, media and entertainment, automotive, retail and consumer goods, chemicals and manufacturing.
