Pathfinder

Pathfinder is our flagship first-year insight and development programme, giving aspiring commercial lawyers the opportunity to experience life at Linklaters and build the skills for a career in commercial law.

You’ll start with two days in our London office, gaining first-hand insight into our work and culture, followed by a four-month virtual series of professional development sessions. By the end of the programme, you’ll have developed your skills, commercial awareness and understanding of the firm, putting you in a strong position to apply for one of our Vacation Schemes.
