Work Highlights
Simon has advised on many of the market’s most significant capital markets deals. These include advising:
- Eesti Energia AS: advising the managers on the €400m perpetual green hybrid bond, the first ever hybrid bond issued in the Baltics and in CEE (excluding real estate) to be offered internationally and listed on the LSE.
- Air Baltic Corporation AS: advising the bookrunners on the €340m 14.500% secured notes due 2029 pursuant to Rule 144A / Reg S.
- TAV Airports Holding (TAV Havalimanları Holding): advising the issuer on its debut US$400m 8.500% senior guaranteed notes due 2028.
- Getir B.V.: advising on series of its fundraisings totalling US$550m, raised in the form of issued convertible loan notes and warrants.
- Sovereign debt: advising issuers and managers on debt capital market transactions by such issuers as Armenia, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Hungary, North Macedonia, Serbia, Slovenia and Uzbekistan.
