Beyond the Office
Diogo coordinated the review of the Portuguese translation of FIDIC’s conditions of contract for construction, having provided training in this field to several clients. FIDIC is the International Federation of Consulting Engineers.
Education and Qualifications
Diogo studied law and completed a post-graduate course in banking, securities and insurance law at the University of Lisbon.
He speaks English, Portuguese, Spanish and French.
