Jeff is a capital markets partner in Linklaters' New York office. He has represented underwriters and issuers including sovereigns, in SEC-registered initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, high-yield debt offerings, convertible debt offerings and other debt and equity capital markets transactions, as well as SPACs and targets in de-SPAC transactions. In addition, he has advised a number of public companies on ongoing reporting and disclosure obligations.

Jeff is also ranked in Euromoney’s Banking, Finance and Transactional 2022 Expert Guide under Capital Markets, which recognizes individuals considered by peers and clients to be the best in their respective fields in the legal industry.
Jeff joined the Linklaters team in 2005 and was elected Partner in 2007. Jeff served as a Law Clerk to Judge Richard A. Posner in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
Jeff holds a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School. He obtained his undergraduate degree, with honors, from the University of Chicago.
Jeff is fluent in French and German.
