Dario is a partner in our capital markets group and is based in Milan where he heads the Italian structured finance practice. He specialises in debt capital markets, structured finance, liability management and financial markets. He has a broad range of experience in international capital markets, advising underwriters and issuers on international debt offerings and establishment of MTN programs and arrangers, originators, credit enhancement providers and swap counterparties on extremely diverse securitisation transactions, including project bonds, covered bonds, RMBS, consumer loans securitisations, leasing receivables securitisations and ECB deals.
