Francesco leads the firm's Italian Banking & Finance practice. He has a wide range experience advising arranging banks, credit funds, financial sponsors and corporates across the credit spectrum, including complex financing transactions, bond issuances, structured finance and real estate financings.
Francesco also leads the Italian Restructuring & Insolvency group. He advises creditors, corporate debtors and financial sponsors on large and cross-border restructuring transactions, insolvency and quasi-insolvency procedures, non-performing loans (NPLs) transactions and distressed M&A.
Beyond the Office
Francesco started practicing in 2000. He joined Linklaters in 2007 and is a partner since 2011.
Education and Qualifications
Francesco studied law at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, Milan.
He speaks English and Italian.
