Overview

Ugo is a Capital Markets Partner based in Milan who regularly assists major investment banks, financial institutions and corporates on a variety of capital markets transactions, including equity and equity-linked transactions (e.g. convertible and exchangeable bonds), right issues and various debt deals. He assists both issuers and underwriters and has considerable experience in advising listed companies in establishing their corporate governance structure.

Ugo has been listed in several trade press publications, including Chambers Global and Chambers Europe. He is widely recognised for being “very skilled”, “analytical in his approach, available and personable”.

Beyond the Office

Ugo has participated as a speaker in several national conferences and events and often gives lectures in relation to postgraduate courses.

Education and Qualifications

Ugo graduated in Law at the University of Naples Federico II, Naples and holds a Master’s Degree in financial law from the University of Milan.

Ugo obtained his high school diploma from the Nunziatella Military School of Naples.

He speaks Italian and fluent English.
