Elizabeth has an active pro bono practice. She currently represents individuals in civil rights cases in Louisiana federal court and in state and federal habeas corpus litigation in Texas.

Elizabeth is a Senior Associate in Linklaters’ U.S. Dispute Resolution Practice.
Elizabeth’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, internal investigations, and cross-border government enforcement actions. She has extensive experience representing clients in investigations and actions by federal and local regulators and law enforcement agencies, as well as foreign regulators. She also regularly advises companies and financial institutions on compliance with U.S. securities, antitrust, ESG, and other regulatory regimes, helping them to understand and manage U.S. risk across multiple jurisdictions. She has deep experience with foreign evidence-gathering regimes, including actions under 28 U.S.C. § 1782.

Elizabeth holds a Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and History from Washington and Lee University and an MSc in Comparative Politics (Conflict Studies focus) from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Elizabeth is a member of the New York Bar, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of New York and Eastern District of New York, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Fifth Circuit.
