Min is the leading lawyer on regulatory capital and acts for a number of large PRC financial institutions on their innovative offerings.
Min also advises clients on complex liability management transactions such as tender offers, exchange offers, consent solicitations and other restructuring transactions.
Min has worked in London for two years (from 2010 to 2012).
Min obtained an LLB degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science. Min also studied law in Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade.
