Overview
Seb focuses on complex and esoteric asset backed financings and multisource infrastructure transactions for private credit providers, infrastructure sponsors, PP investors and major corporates.
In the asset backed finance space, he advises on securitisations and other financings of an ever-expanding range of “esoteric” asset classes that require structuring beyond traditional securitisation techniques. His practice spans bespoke financings backed by novel or illiquid assets, frequently involving multiple tranches of debt, hybrid features and cross-border elements. Seb is known for combining strong technical execution with an origination-focused mindset, helping clients design scalable platforms that can be replicated across jurisdictions and asset classes.
Seb also leads on structured infrastructure mandates, particularly in the energy transition, digital and wider infrastructure space. His work includes cross-border, multi-source capital structures that bring together bank debt, private credit and capital markets funding.
