Fionna has spent time in our Hong Kong office as well as on secondment to the Global Banking and Markets (GBM) team at HSBC London.
Fionna is a Partner in the Corporate M&A team in London. She advises clients on UK public takeovers and strategic M&A, with a particular focus on complex US-UK and cross-border transactions.
Fionna has particular expertise on UK Takeover Code transactions, representing bidders, targets and other stakeholders on deals ranging from recommended, hostile to distressed, cash to securities exchange and schemes to contractual offers.
She also has a broad range of experience on private M&A, shareholder activism, joint ventures and corporate governance for listed companies.
Clients value her calm judgment, responsiveness and ability to deliver pragmatic and user-friendly advice.

Fionna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Laws and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong. She also spent one year of her undergraduate studies on exchange at University College London.
