Overview
As an English law specialist in debt and equity capital markets transactions, Linda leads the international Debt Capital Markets practice in the firm’s Milan office. She advises Italian issuers and international underwriters on a broad range of capital markets transactions, including IPOs, Medium Term Note (MTN) programmes, bond issues (secured and unsecured), block trades, exchangeable/convertible bonds, hybrid bonds, green/social/transition bonds, sustainability linked bonds, regulatory capital and liability management exercises. Linda is also co-head of the Linklaters Italian ESG practise, which includes lawyers from all practise areas of the firm to deliver a full service offer on ESG matters.
Beyond the Office
Linda sits on the committee of the Milan office’s corporate responsibility (CR) programme.
Education and Qualifications
Linda studied law and French at Birmingham University, including an exchange year spent in University of Limoges.
She speaks English, Italian, Spanish and French.
