Overview
Martin represents corporates and financial institutions on international capital market transactions with a particular focus on debt instruments.
He has many years of experience advising on corporate finance, bond issuances (including hybrid bonds and regulatory capital instruments of banks and insurance companies), promissory notes, and liability management transactions such as buybacks, exchange offers and noteholder meetings. He further advises on sustainable finance and ongoing compliance topics.

Education, Qualifications and Languages
Martin studied law at the University of Passau and was trained at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court of Hamburg.
