Rob studied history at the London School of Economics and the University of Cambridge.
Rob is a Managing Associate in our corporate/M&A team based in Singapore, principally focusing on transactions involving private capital investors in Asia-Pacific, including private equity and infrastructure funds, pension funds and sovereign-linked funds. His experience spans multiple asset classes and investment stages, having acted on regional private acquisitions and divestments, joint ventures, public‑to‑private transactions, platform establishments, growth equity investments, hybrid-financings, control-buy outs, co-investments and fundraisings.
Rob previously worked in Linklaters’ London and Hong Kong SAR offices before moving to Singapore in 2021.
