Experience

Vantage Towers: advising on the conclusion of a long-term contract with 1&1 Mobilfunk GmbH for the provision of passive infrastructure for the roll-out of the fourth mobile network in Germany.
Glennmont Partners: advising on the acquisition of 50% in offshore wind farm Borkum Riffgrund 3 from Ørsted, which is with a planned capacity of 913 MW the largest offshore wind project in Germany.
wpd: advising on the due diligence and financing of Yunlin, the biggest offshore wind farm in Taiwan (640 MW), and the financing of the offshore wind farm Guanyin (350 MW).
Fabricom: advising on the planned acquisition of a 75% stake in the offshore wind subsidiary for project development and O&M of a large utility company.
Siemens: advising on a joint venture with STEAG regarding a power plant for the generation of district heating for the heat supply of the Rhine-Ruhr-area including the heat supply and other project agreements.
TransnetBW and TenneT: advising on the joint venture for the planning and implementation of the HVDC power line SuedLink.
