Dr. Julia Rupp

Overview

Julia is a member in the firm’s German private capital practice. She advises financial and private capital investors, as well as private capital-backed clients and corporates, on their M&A deals, strategic investments and joint ventures, including consortium transactions, co-investments and carve-outs. Her work often involves competitive processes and cross-border deal execution.

Julia also advises investors in connection with the management of their portfolio companies, including on management investment plans and add-on transactions.

Beyond the Office

Julia is a speaker at various client seminars.

Education, Qualifications and Languages

Julia studied law at the University of Bayreuth and the University of Virgina. She holds a PhD in law from the University of Bayreuth.

She speaks German and English.
