Vivasvan is a managing associate in our corporate department in London and is qualified both in India and England and Wales. He has experience in cross-border private and public M&A, disposals, reorganisations and corporate advisory work, advising both international corporates and funds across a variety of sectors including consumer and energy. Vivasvan has also worked for 6 months each at Unilever and Takeda Pharmaceuticals on client secondments in their corporate teams.
