Madeleine Blehaut

Overview

Madeleine is an associate in Linklaters' Latin America Corporate Finance group, based in New York. She focuses her practice on banking and capital markets transactions across Latin America, advising issuers, underwriters, and financial institutions on debt offerings, loan financings, and liability management transactions. She has extensive experience representing both lenders/underwriters and borrowers/issuers in complex cross-border financing transactions throughout the region.

Madeleine holds a law degree from the Catholic University of Argentina and an LL.M. from Columbia Law School. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York and in Argentina, and is a member of the New York State Bar and City of Buenos Aires Bar.

Beyond the Office

Prior to joining the firm, Madeleine worked as an associate at EGFA Abogados in Buenos Aires, where she gained experience in banking, capital markets, and M&A transactions.
